What to expect when you get in touch
Getting in touch is simple, and there is no pressure to explain everything straight away. You can contact me by email or through the contact form, and I’ll respond to arrange a free 15-minute introductory call if you would like one.
Your free introductory call
The free 15-minute introductory call is an informal conversation and an opportunity for us to briefly meet before you decide whether you would like to begin counselling. You can ask any questions you may have about how I work, what sessions are like, or anything else that feels important to you. There is no expectation for you to share personal details or tell your story during this call.
My hope is that you come away with a sense of whether you feel comfortable talking with me and whether I might be the right counsellor for you. Choosing a therapist is personal, and it is important that you feel able to make that decision without pressure.
